Life is not at all easy, it’s all about challenges, hardships, problems, and, difficulties but it’s all about how you deal with them. When our life changes we find ourselves in a position of how to start over in life and make the best out of it.
You might have been in a situation where you feel like quitting or feel low either in personal development, relationships, friends, and family or career. You feel stuck and unhappy about how things are and how they are going.

Even if you can’t change the past, you have no idea how to start over.

1. Start Fresh
We need to step forward and start fresh, forget about all the problems and hardships you faced and start with a fresh mind and motivation. They keep you stuck facing the same problems, having the same choices, and taking the same actions over and over again. Limitations define the quality of your life. If you want to improve your life, then you must break free from the limitations that keep you in the same loop every day, month, and year.
2. Take A Break
Taking a break is very necessary to refresh your mind with all the hustles to start over. If you’re where you are, doing what you’re doing, and continue doing that, you’re going to have a difficult time resetting.
You need a break either to go traveling or on vacations to spend time with your loved ones, your family, and friends.
Change the way you think and perspective of seeing things.
During your break try to spend time with yourself too to analyze yourself and become more self-aware.
3. Ignore What Others Say Or Think About You
The world has a prescription for living your life. Everything from fairy tales to religious texts tells us what to do and when to do it.
To have a self peace of mind and heart ignore everyone around you whatever grudges or problems they had with you or what they expect you to be. Because life is given to us only once in which we decide how to live and live to our fullest and enjoy it that’s what matters at the end of the day.
4. Find The Purpose Behind The Pain
Analyze yourself what went wrong, what led to the failure, go to the root cause, and try to analyze that into every possible angle and explore solutions.
- What does letting go mean?
- What does divorce mean?
- What do the tears mean?
- How has your life changed?
- What have you learned?
- What do you know about others because of this experience?
- How has the experience shifted your perspective, your approach, and your outlook on life?
- What is life calling you to do?
Your past will give you the questions — your job now is to find the answers.
Let your pain of letting go guide you to your purpose of starting over.
5. Get A Mentor To Guide Through To The Right Path
If you want to move quickly towards your destination, seek a mentor, tutor, or coach.
It’s not a waste of money, time, or resources if you can get where you want to go quicker.
If you’ve tried and haven’t gotten there on your own, consider getting help.
